Abstract:
Apoptóza je rozpoznatelná na základě typických morfologických a biochemických znaků: zmenšování buňky, fragmentace jaderné DNA, přestavba membrán. Jde o striktně regulovaný proces nezbytný pro vývoj jedince, morfogenezi, utváření tkáňového profilu, imunitní odpovědi, odstraňování přebytečných, starých nebo poškozených buněk
