The diploma thesis discusses the risks associated with the rescue of people in the event of an ammonia leak from the winter stadium in Žďár nad Sázavou. In the theoretical part, I focus on specific topics in the literary research of the issue, selected basic concepts, rescue of people in the legal framework and in professional publications.
