Japanese theatre - Nogaku

Abstract:

Tato práce seznamuje svého čtenáře s nejstarší dochovanou divadelní formou nógaku, která je tvořená ze dvou dílčích složek – vážného nó a komických meziher kjógenu. Tento druh japonského divadla přibližuje pomocí evropské divadelní terminologie, využívá srovnání s evropským divadlem, ale zároveň porovnává i samotné nó a kjógen mezi sebou. Popisuje jednotlivé složky, které dohromady celek nógaku utváří (tj. herecké provedení, hudba, výtvarná složka apod.). V závěru se věnuje také tomu, nakolik se nógaku zachovalo ve své původní podobě.

Abstract:

This thesis introduces to its reader the oldest surviving theatre form – the nogaku, which is constituted out of the two aspects – the serious noh and the comic interludes of kyogen. It describes this type of the Japanese theatre to its reader by the European theatre terminology and it uses the comparison with European theatre. At the same time it compares even noh with kyogen. It shows particular components forming the whole nogaku (i.e. the acting, the music, the visual components etc.). At the end it deals with the conservation the nogaku in the original form up to now.
