Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu stimulace zaměstnanců pomocí finančních a nefinančních benefitů. Teoretická část je věnována pojmům motivace a stimulace, existujícím teoriím pracovní motivace a typologii zaměstnaneckých výhod. The bachelor thesis deals wih analysis of employee stimulation by financial and non-financial benefits. The theoretical part of the thesis describe the concept of motivation and stimulation, the existing theories of working motivation as well as the typology of stimulation instruments.
