Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce Řízení e-governmentu v praxi české veřejné správy je identifikovat překážky a předpoklady řízení e-governmentu na příkladu vybraného projektu územní samosprávy. První část práce se zabývá teoretickými východisky pojmu e-government a nastiňuje význam, specifika a nástroje jeho řízení. V této části práce jsou také uvedeny bariéry a faktory úspěchu definované zahraniční literaturou. Druhá část práce přibližuje vývoj a současný kontext e-governmentu v České republice. Hlavní část práce tvoří vlastní výzkum autora a případová studie vybraného projektu územní samosprávy. V závěru jsou definovány předpoklady a bariéry řízení e-governmentu v české veřejné správě a doporučení autora.

Abstract:

The goal of the thesis e-Government management in czech public administration is to identify barriers and succes factors of e-government management through the example of chosen project of local selfgovernment. The first part of the thesis describes theoretical background of the term e-government, outlines importance, specifics and tools of its management. In this part of the thesis are also presented barries and succes factors as defined in foreign literature. The main part of the thesis forms author’s research and case study of the chosen project of local selfgovernment. In the end are defined succes factors of e-government management in czech public administration a author’s recomendations.
