Abstract:
Cílem práce bude analyzovat kvalitu a konkurenceschopnost nabídky vybrané restaurace v Kutné Hoře. Metodou mystery shopping bude analyzována nabídka a kvalita vybrané restaurace a její konkurence. Výstupem bude doporučení na zlepšení služeb a nabídky vybrané restaurace k lepší konkurenceschopnosti.
