Basic principles of ethical conduct of the employee

Abstract:

Concepts of ethics and morality in everyday language are used as synonyms, but in literature, the differences in these concepts are respected. Ethics is the science that deals with morals, or behavior in order to ensure that this behavior was correct. Morality refers to the way people behave towards each other, to ourselves, to society, to nature, to things. Ethics and morality are reflected in every part of social life, thus also in the economy. In this area it is more important because they affect the operation of the whole economy and are beneficial to better achieve the maximum profit. One of the areas of economy is banking, have no ethics a morality would not be able to function properly. That is why banking, which manages and ensures circulation of money in the country, one of the sectors most at risk, where morale contributes to the trusted position of individual banking institutions. Rigorous analysis of relations in the bank and the impact of banking ethics Code as a set of rules to protect bank customers and to possibly provide opportunities for improving these relations is a task you make specific approach to workers of the bank if they charge a service activity.

Abstract:

Pojmy etika a morálka sa v hovorovej reči používajú ako synonymá, ale v odbornej literatúre sa rozdiely v týchto pojmoch rešpektujú. Etika je veda, ktorá sa zaoberá morálkou, alebo správaním sa, s cieľom zabezpečiť, aby toto správanie bolo správne. Morálka označuje, ako sa ľudia správajú k sebe navzájom, k sebe samým, k spoločnosti, k prírode, k veciam. Etika i morálka sa prejavujú i v každej časti spoločenského života, teda i v ekonomike. V tejto oblasti je to o to významnejšie, lebo ovplyvňujú chod celej ekonomiky, sú prínosom pre kvalitnejšie dosahovanie maximálneho zisku. Jednou z oblastí ekonomiky je bankovníctvo, ktoré by bez etiky a morálky nebolo schopné riadne fungovať. Práve bankovníctvo, ktoré riadi a zabezpečuje obeh peňazí v štáte, patrí k najrizikovejším odvetviam, kde morálka prispieva k dôveryhodnému postaveniu jednotlivých bankových inštitúcií. Dôsledná analýza vzťahov v banke a vplyv bankového etického kódexu ako súbor pravidiel na ochranu bankovej klientely a prípadne poskytnutie možnosti zlepšenia týchto vzájomných vzťahov, je úloha, ktorú dosiahneme osobitným prístupom k pracovníkom banky a k ich náplni pracovnej činnosti.
