The bachelor’s thesis focuses on the problém of burnout syndrome among soldiers of the home organization – 141. support battalion. The theoretical part focuses on the basic characteristics and understanding of the burnout syndrome, its causes, prevention and psychodiagnostic methods for determining the level of burnout syndrome.
