Employability of a social pedagogue in terms of alternative education

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá možnostmi uplatnění sociálního pedagoga v alternativních školách. Teoretická část práce je rozdělena do tří kapitol, přičemž první kapitola vymezuje využívání profesiografie jako nedílné součásti lidských zdrojů. Druhá kapitola se zabývá profesí sociálního pedagoga v oblasti školství, kde se téma zaměřuje především na legislativní ukotvení a kompetence. Zde je zmíněno i postavení profese sociálního pedagoga v sousedních státech České republiky. Poslední kapitola objasňuje inovace v systému školství a typy alternativního vzdělávání. Realizace praktické části probíhá formou kvantitativního výzkumu, kde je na základě vytvořených dotazníků sestaven profesiogram sociálního pedagoga v alternativní škole. Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit možnost uplatnění sociálního pedagoga jako svébytné profese na půdě alternativní školy.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is coping with the possibility of applying a social pedagogue in alternative schools. The theoretical part of this thesis is divided into three chapters, whereas the first chapter defines the use of professiography as an integral part of human resources. The second chapter copes with the profession of social pedagogue in the field of education, where it focuses mainly on legislative anchoring and competencies. The profession of social pedagogue in the neighboring states of the Czech Republic is also mentioned. The last chapter clarifies innovations in the education system and types of alternative education. The implementation of the practical part takes place in the form of quantitative research, where a professiogram of a social pedagogue is compiled on the basic of created questionnaires. The main goal of the bachelor's thesis is to find out the possibility of filling a social pedagogue as an independent profession in the alternative school.
