V bakalárskej práci pod názvom Hospodárenie miest a obcí sa pokúsime charakterizovať jednotlivé časti verejných financií, vymedziť subjekty verejnej správy a spracovať finančno-právne vzťahy v postavení obcí. V prvej kapitole sa zameriame na verejné financie a subjekty verejnej správy.
