Digitálne mikroskopové zábery produkujú obrovské množstvo dát, ktoré je potrebné uložiť a analyzovať. CELLIM CEITEC MU produkuje takéto zábery z oblasti bunečného zobrazovania. Digital microscope imaging produces vast amounts of data that needs to be stored and analysed. CELLIM CEITEC MU produces cellular imaging microscope data. The CELLIM facility has decided to incorporate the server data managing platform OMERO into their workflow to enable its users to view their data remotely without being forced to download large files first.
