Changes in the instruments influencing the delivery of health services and the implementation of their payments with regard to the effectiveness of Woe

Abstract:

Tématem této práce jsou vývojové trendy veřejného zdravotního pojištění v České republice jako nástroje stabilizace systému úhrad poskytovaných zdravotních služeb, jejich dostupnosti a stratifikace jejich poskytovaného rozsahu a kvality ve vztahu k poskytovatelům základních a specifických zdravotních služeb. Práce navazuje na bakalářskou práci autorky z roku 2011, ve které se zabývala systémem zdravotního pojištění s přihlédnutím k jeho historickému vývoji a instituty veřejného zdravotního pojištění v České republice po roce 1993. Vzhledem k tomu, že od 1. dubna 2012 došlo k zásadní změně v právních podmínkách poskytování zdravotních služeb, což se současně promítlo do podmínek jejich úhrady, práce se zabývá porovnání původních a nových institutů systému poskytování zdravotních služeb a jejich úhrad a zejména jejich účinností v praxi.

Abstract:

The theme of this work are the development trends of public health insurance in the Czech Republic as a tool stabilization system of reimbursement of health services, their availability and their stratification provided range and quality in relation to providers of basic and specific health services. The work builds on the bachelor, the author of 2011, which dealt with the health insurance system taking into account its historical development and institutes of public health insurance in the Czech Republic after 1993. Given that the first April 2012 there has been a fundamental change in the legal conditions for the provision of health services, which is currently reflected in the terms of payment, the work deals with the comparison of old and new institutes of health service provision and reimbursement, and in particular their effectiveness in practice.
