Process and incidence of the rent deregulation in the Czech Republic

Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce „Průběh a dopady deregulace nájemného v České republice“ je vyhodnocení dopadů deregulace nájemného v České republice. První část se zabývá regulací cen a nájemného v teorii, popisuje regulaci nájemného první a druhé generace. Následuje popis situace v České republice týkající se vývoje regulace cen a nájemného, trhu s nájemními byty a zákonné úpravy nájemního bydlení. Poslední část je věnována deregulaci nájemného a jejím dopadům na sektor nájemní bydlení.

Abstract:

The subject of the dissertation "The process and impacts of the rent deregulation in the Czech Republic" is to evaluate impacts of the rent deregulation in the Czech Republic. The first part occupies with the regulation of prices and rentals in theory and describes the rent control of the first and second generation. The following is the description of the situation in the Czech Republic concerning the development of the regulation of prices and rents, the market for rental apartments and statutory instruments of rental housing. The last section is devoted to the rent deregulation and its impacts on the rental housing sector.
