Práce se zabývá doménovými jmény a spory, které z nich vyplývají. První kapitola je věnována teoretickému základu problematiky doménových jmen, pojmu, funkci, struktuře a právní povaze. Další kapitola pojednává o sporech z doménových jmen, jejich druzích a různých formách zneužívání. Abstract:
The thesis offers complex view of domain names and domain name disputes. The first chapter is devoted to theoretical base of the problems – term, function, structure and legal character. Next chapter comprises analysis of various types of domain name disputes and forms of exploitation.
