Responsibility for the Damage on the Side of the Employee and the Employer in Labour-law Relations

Anotácia:

Účelem této práce je rozbor odpovědnosti za škodu způsobenou zaměstnanci a zaměstnavateli podle zákoníku práce. Vysvětluje jednotlivé typy odpovědnosti zaměstnance a zaměstnavatele za škodu, stanovení náhrady a uvádí příklady z judikatury, které slouží pro lepší pochopení aplikace příslušných ustanovení.

Abstract:

The purpose of this thesis is the analysis of the responsibility for the damage caused by the employee and by the employer according to the labour code. This thesis explains particular examples of the responsibility for the damage of the employee and the employer the formulation of the compensation of the damage and it shows the examples from the practice of the courts which help for the better understanding of the application of the respective regulations.
