Patient selfextubation of endotracheal tube in the Intensive Care Unit

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá rozsahem a úrovní znalostí v oblasti péče o dýchací cesty u intubovaného pacienta endotracheální kanylou u zdravotních sester na oddělení resuscitační a intenzivní medicíny a urgentního příjmu Fakultní nemocnice. Práce se zaměřuje na efektivitu a kvalitu péče o pacienty s ETK na UPV, vliv léčiv na pacienty, nejčastější důvody selfextubace v závislosti na vzdělání zdravotních sester, zjistit nejčastější důvody a množství selfextubovaných pacientů, zjistit a interpretovat nejčastěji užívané léky k analgosedaci pacientů a postupy potřebné k realizaci weaningu.

Abstract:

The Bachelor´s thesis deals with the range and level of knowledge of care airways the patient is intubated endotracheal tube a nurse in the intensive care unit and emergency university hospital. The Bachelor´s thesis deals efficiency and quality the patient with endotracheal tube and mechanical ventilation, drug effect, frequently reasons of selfextubation in a dependent on an education of nurse, determine the most frequent of reasons and quantity of selfextubation patient, determine and interpret the most often medications for analgosedation of the patient and action for realization of weaning.
