Beginner's mind in process work

Abstract:

This thesis focuses on the term the beginner's mind – a mind that is empty and therefore opened and curious to everything new. The aim of this theses was to look at what and how is happening in the process work beginner´s at the time of using beginner´s mind approach. The research was done by semi-structured interviews. The results were noted by the grounded theory while utilizing Glaser's approach. The research had two phases. There were 10 participants included in the research. The data allowed to identify three aspects of beginner´s mind. We introduces two models of how is "being" in beginner´s mind happening within a therapist.

Abstract:

V našej práci sme sa venovali problematike mysle začiatočníka – mysle, ktorá je prázdna, a preto otvorená a zvedavá na všetko nové. Cieľom našej práce bolo zistiť, čo a akým spȏsobom sa odohráva v začínajúcom proces orientovanom terapeutovi v okamihu použitia prístupu beginner´s mind. Výskum sme realizovali za použitia pološtrukturovaných rozhovorov. Výsledky sme spracovali metódou zakotvenej teórie, pričom sme použili prístup Glasera. Výskum prebiehal v 2 fázach. Výskumu sa celkovo zúčastnilo 10 participantov. Identifikovali sme 3 aspekty beginner´s mind. Následne sme predstavili 2 modely priebehu toho, ako prebieha u terapeuta „bytie“ v okamihu beginner´s mind.
