Cílem této práce byl popis a analýza volebního systému do zastupitelstev územních samospráv, a to na úrovni obcí a krajů. Analytická část práce byla zaměřena na jednotlivé aspekty volebního systému. The aim of this paper was to describe and analyze the electoral systems for municipal and regional level councils. The analysis mainly focuses on specific aspects of the electoral system.
