Monitoring of elemental distribution in plants by laser spectroscopy methods
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na stanovení mědi a vápníku pomocí LIBS a ICP-MS. Výsledky stanovené metodou ICP-MS byly podkladem pro vyhodnocení dalších výsledků. Pomocí měření LIBS signálu vápníku metodou jedno pulzní LIBS byla sledována a porovnána homogenita rozložení vápníku ve vzorcích. Pomocí metody LIBS byla vytvořena kalibrační křivka pro vápník a měď. Abstract:
This thesis is focused on the determination of copper and calcium level using LIBS and ICP-MS. The results provided by ICP-MS have been used for the evaluation of other outcomes. By measuring the LIBS signals using a calcium pulse LIBS was studied and compared with homogeneous distribution of calcium in the samples.
