The Role and Importance of the Regional Gastronomy
Abstract:
Tématem diplomové práce je význam a úloha regionální gastronomie na Královéhradecku. Tato práce si dává za cíl zanalyzovat historický a současný vývoj a význam vybraných gastronomických zařízení a produktů. Analýza vychází především z článků uveřejněných v regionálních periodikách.
Abstract:
The topic of the master's dissertation is the role and importance of regional gastronomy in the region Královéhradecko. This dissertation sets a goal to analyse historical and contemporary development and importance of some chosen gastronomical enterprises and products. The analysis is based on articles which were published in regional periodicals.
