Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá analogy sýrů dostupnými v obchodní síti České republiky. V literární rešerši je popsána obecná charakteristika analogů sýrů, suroviny pro výrobu ana-logů a samotná výroba, také jsou zde uvedeny legislativní požadavky týkající se analogů. This Bachelor work deals with cheese analogues that are available in the Czech trade net-work. There are defined cheese analogues and described raw materials used for analogue production and the manufacture of imitation products.
