Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá komparací dvou stěžejních právních systémů - kontinentálního a angloamerického. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. První z nich se zabývá obecným porovnáváním uvedených systémů. Část druhá je zaměřena na uplatňování trestu smrti. Snaží se srovnat přístup k tomuto trestu z pohledu vybraných zemí kontinentálního a angloamerického právního systému.
Abstract:
The subject of this thesis is a comparison of two fundamental legal systems - Continental and Anglo-American. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first one is about a general comparison of these systems.
