To demonstrate through the analysis of eight books of madrigals by Claudio Monteverdi the composer?s personal development in terms of composition as well as the development of madrigal as a musical form. - description and characterization of books I. - VIII. - significance in composer´s life - significance for the development of the form of madrigal
