The Awareness and Attitudes of School Youth to Non-profit Organizations with Focus on Pupils of Elementary Schools in the Zlin Region

Abstract:

Nestáni neziskové organizace jsou právnické osoby, které na rozdíl od jiných podnikatel-ských subjektů, není cílem dosahování zisku, ale uspokojování potřeb konkrétních cílových skupin obyvatelstva. Tyto právnické osob užívají pojmy, jako nevýdělečné, obecně nebo veřejně prospěšné, či nevládní. Tyto pojmy charakterizují podstatu a náplň jejich činnosti. Tématem bakalářské práce je "Povědomí a postoje školní mládeže k neziskovým organiza-cím u žáků základních škol ve Zlínském kraji.". V teoretické části je provedena rešerše odborné literatury v oblasti nestátního neziskového sektoru s orientací na nestátní neziskové organizace, kde jsou rozebrány její jednotlivé slož-ky. Dále je provedena rešerše komunikačního mixu. V teoretické části je popsána i cílová skupina. V praktické části je proveden kvantitativní výzkum, který je zaměřený na vnímání a postoje pubescentů základní školy v Zubří a základní školy 5. květena v Rožnově pod Radhoštěm, k nestátním neziskovým organizacím. Na základě výsledků provedeného výzkumu je uve-deno shrnutí a následné doporučení, které by mohlo nestátním neziskovým organizacím pomoci zvýšit efektivitu jejich činnosti, zvláště pro současnou konzumní společnost, kdy jsou jakékoliv projevy nezištného altruizmu tolik potřebné.

Abstract:

Not-for-profit organizations are legal entities that, unlike other business entities, are not aimed at generating profits but satisfying the needs of specific target population groups. These legal entities use terms such as non-profit, generally or publicly beneficial or non-governmental. These terms characterize the nature and content of their activities. The topic of the bachelor's thesis is "The Awareness and Attitudes of School Youth to Non-profit Organizations with Focus on Pupils of Elementary Schools in the Zlin Region". In the theoretical part, a literature research aims on the non-governmental non-profit sector with a focus on non-governmental non-profit organizations, which components are analy-zed too. Marketing communication mix and the target group is also described in the theore-tical part. In the practical part, quantitative research is carried out, which focuses on the perception and attitudes of the pubescent pupils of primary schools in Zubřích and the elementary schools of 5th flora in Rožnov pod Radhoštěm, to non-governmental non-profit organizati-ons. Based on the results of the research, there is a summary and subsequent recommen-dations that could help non-governmental non-governmental organizations to increase the efficiency of their activities, especially for the current consumer society, where all the ma-nifestations of unwanted altruism are so much needed.
