Abstract:

V rámci diplomové práce na téma „Rozvoj klíčových kompetencí u osob se souběžným postižením více vadami ve spolku Vrátka“ bylo cílem ověřit, zda sociální rehabilitace tohoto spolku pomáhá rozvíjet klíčové kompetence osob se souběžným postižením více vadami. Práce byla autorkou rozdělena do čtyř kapitol, z nichž tři byly teoretické a čtvrtá praktická. V rámci první kapitoly se autorka nejprve zabývala vymezením základní terminologie a definic vícenásobného postižení. Následně přistoupila k charakteristice osob se souběžným postižením více vadami s důrazem na jejich dospělý věk. Ve druhé kapitole autorka popsala vývoj sociálních služeb a přístupu k osobám se souběžným postižením více vadami, vymezila legislativní rámec sociálních služeb a současně nastínila podporu osamostatňování osob se souběžným postižením více vadami. V poslední teoretické kapitole se zaměřila na definování klíčových kompetencí nejen v kurikulárních dokumentech České republiky. Obsahovou náplní této kapitoly byl zároveň nástin možností celoživotního vzdělávání lidí. V praktické části této diplomové práce autorka přistoupila k naplnění výše uvedeného cíle. Za tímto účelem bylo třeba nejprve definovat základní cíle, metodologické postupy, techniky výzkumné části a v neposlední řadě také charakterizovat místo výzkumného šetření, a to spolek Vrátka. Následně uvedla autorka 5 kazuistik klientů sociální rehabilitace, pro něž získala poznatky prostřednictvím kvalitativního výzkumu od samotných uživatelů a jejich rodičů či pracovníků vlastním pozorováním, rozhovory a rovněž formou analýzy individuálních plánů a osobních karet již zmíněných klientů. Závěrem autorka zhodnotila výsledky tohoto šetření.

Abstract:

The aim of this diploma thesis "Development of Key Competencies of Persons with Concurrent Affections by More Handicaps in the Vrátka Society" is to verify whether the social rehabilitation provided by this society supports the development of key competencies of persons with concurrent affections by more handicaps. The work is divided into four chapters, three of which are theoretical and one practical. The first chapter first defines basic multiple handicap terms and definitions. In consequence persons with concurrent affections by more handicaps are characterized with a focus on their adult age. The second chapter describes the development of social services and the attitude towards persons with concurrent affections by more handicaps, determines the social service legislation frame and outlines support for persons with concurrent affections by more handicaps to become independent. The last theoretical chapter is engaged in definitions of key competencies not only in the curriculum documents of the Czech Republic. This chapter also outlines possibilities for continuing education of people. In the practical part the author proceeds to the above mentioned aim fulfilment. For this purpose it was first necessary to define basic goals, methodological methods, techniques for the research part and, last but not least, also characterize the place, where the research takes place, the Vrátka society. Subsequently five social rehabilitation client case reports are stated. Data for those reports were gained via a qualitative research from clients themselves, their parents and the society employees, and also via the author's own observations, interviews and analyses of the clients' individual plans and personal cards. In conclusion the results of the research are evaluated.
