Restoration of gray shaded sgraffito on the facade of the house No. 537 Horní náměstí in Slavonice. A critical comparison of current methods of performing graphic documentation of murals and surface of architecture in european countries.

Abstract:

První část se zabývá restaurováním sgrafitové výzdoby fasády domu č.p. 537 ve Slavonicích. V rámci diplomové práce byl zpracován vymezený úsek z celé fasády. Výzdoba byla provedena technikou stínovaného sgrafita šedo-bílé barevnosti. Před započetím restaurátorského zásahu se sgrafito nacházelo ve velice poškozeném stavu. Vrstvy původního sgrafita na moha místech zcela chyběla a tato místa byla v minulosti doplněna rekonstrukcemi. Pod většinou plochy dochovaného sgrafita se nacházely rozsáhlé dutiny, které ohrožovaly další existenci díla. Hlavní náplní zákroku bylo provedení zajištění dochovaných částí a jejich následná rekonstrukce a retušování sgrafita. Během zákroku byly odstraňovány druhotné tmely a vrstvy intonaca bianca. Na sgrafitové výzdobě byla provedena rozsáhlá injektáž a hloubková konsolidace. Na závěr byly provedeny rekonstrukce a retuše vytvořené na základě dohledaných podkladů a předloh. Druhá část diplomové práce se zabývá teorií zpracování grafických dokumentací. Tato část se zabývá způsobem zpracování a zaměřením grafických dokumentací s příkladem jejich zpracování v zahraničí. Zároveň je jejím cílem také vytvoření zásad týkajících se použití různých způsobů provedení grafického zákresu, použití vhodných znaků a barev, ale také vhodným zaměřením grafického zákresu vzhledem k zaznamenávaným fenoménům. Součástí druhé části diplomové práce je také vytvoření zásad pro zpracování grafických dokumentací a návod na vytvoření grafického zákresu pomocí programu Adobe Photoshop.

Abstract:

The first part delas with the restoration of the sgraffito decoration of the facade of the house no. 537 in Slavonice. Within the diploma thesis,a defined section of the entire facade was restorated. The decoration of the facade was made using the technique of shaded gray-white sgraffito. Before restoration work began, the sgraffito was in very damaged condition. The layers of the original sgraffito were completely missing in many places, and these places were supplemented by reconstructions in the past. Under most of the area of preserved sgraffito, there were large cavities that threatened the continued existence of the work. The main purpose of the procedure was to ensure the preserved parts and their subsequent reconstruction and retouching of the sgraffito. Secondary sealants and intonaca bianca layers were removed during the process. Extensive injection of filling materials and deep consolidation were carried out on the sgraffito decoration. Finally, reconstructions and retouches were performed on the basis of traced documents and templates. The second part of the diploma thesis deals with the theory of processing graphic documentation. This part deals with the method of processing and focus of graphic documentation with an example of their processing abroad. At the same time, its aim is also to create principles concerning the use of various methods of graphic design, the use of appropriate properties and colors, but also the appropriate focus of graphic design with respect to the recorded phenomena. At the end of second part of the thesis is the creation of principles for processing graphic documentation and instructions for creating graphic drawings using Adobe Photoshop.
