Designing a dashboard structure with MMABP

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na propojení oblastí procesního modelování podle metodiky MMABP, konkrétně návrhu struktury dashboardu. Celá práce má tři cíle. Stěžejním cílem je návrh struktury dashboardů z procesních modelů. Zbylé dva cíle tvoří vytvoření procesních modelů a popis procesů, které jsou zastoupeny v klíčovém procesu „Rozvoj“. Práce v teoretické části nabízí základní shrnutí oblastí, co je Podnikový proces, Change managment, metodika MMABP a také reporting a dashboardy. Poté základy procesního modelování dle metodiky MMABP jako diagram tříd, detailní procesní modely a diagram stavů. Praktická část práce obsahuje namodelované procesy podle metodiky MMABP. Hlavním přínosem práce jsou navržené struktury dashboardů z procesních modelů. Dílčím přínosem je také vytvoření procesních modelů a analýza, popis klíčového procesu „Rozvoj“.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis focuses on the interconnection of the process modeling areas according to the MMABP methodology, namely the design of the dashboard structure. All the work has three goals. The main objective is to design a structure of dashboards from process models. The other two objectives are to create process models and process descriptions that are represented in the key development process. Work in the theoretical part offers a basic summary of areas such as Business Process, Change Management, MMABP methodology as well as reporting and dashboards. Then the basics of process modeling according to MMABP methodology as class diagram, detailed process models and state diagram. The practical part of the thesis contains the modulated processes according to the MMABP methodology. The main benefits of the thesis are proposed dashboards structures from process models. Partial benefits are also the creation of process models and analysis of the key process "Development".
