Cytokinins (CK) are important plant hormones with roles in the regulation of cell division, cell elongation and in the determination of cell fate. CK signalling occurs via a multistep phosphorelay (MSP), resulting in the activation of B-type response regulators (B-type ARRs) and the differential regulation of primary, CK-targeted genes. Cytokiníny (CK) sú dôležité rastlinné hormóny, ktoré zohrávajú úlohu v regulácii bunkového delenia, bunkového predĺženia a pri stanovení osudu bunky. K CK signalizácii dochádza cez viackrokovú fosforyláciu (multistep phosphorelay- MSP), ktorá vedie k aktivácii regulátorov odpovede typu B (ARR typu B) a k diferenciálnej regulácii primárnych, CK značených génov.
