Diplomová práce je zaměřená na bakteriální testy akutní toxicity a jejich využití pro hodnocení veterinárních farmak. Teoretická část je věnována veterinárním léčivům, konkrétně anthelmintikům a jejich rozdělení. Dále práce pojednává o zdrojích a přítomnosti veterinárních léčiv v životním prostředí a účincích farmak na necílové organizmy. Abstract:
The master thesis is focused on bacterial tests of acute toxicity and their use for the evaluation of veterinary drugs. The theoretical part is consecrated to veterinary drugs, specifically antihelmintists and their distribution.
