Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na otázku bezpečnosti a možnosti prevence v dopravní soustavě ve vybraném regionu. Zabývá se zejména problematikou živelních pohrom v Libereckém kraji, jmenovitě sněhovým kalamitám, námrazám, náledí a v druhé části práce i problematikou povodní. Ty jsou pro Liberecký kraj typické a objevují se zde každoročně. Navrhnutá opatření mají zajistit dostupnou dopravní infrastrukturu i v krizových situacích.

Abstract:

The thesis focuses on the issue of security and the possibilities of prevention in the transport system in the selected region. In particular, the thesis deals with natural disasters in the Liberec region, namely snow calamities, icing, ice and floods in the second part of the thesis. The floods are typical for the Liberec region and appear here every year. The proposed measures are intended to ensure an accessible transport infrastructure even in crisis situations.
