Abstract:

Anotácia v anglickom jazyku Bc. Radomír Brieda, Fiscal system and effetive facility of planning, control and employees motivation [diploma thesis], Bankovní institut vysoká škola, foreign college Banská Bystrica, Department of economie and finance. Leader of work Doc. Ing. Hussam Musa, PhD., year of habilitation 2012, 76: pages. The present diploma coursework examines company fiscal system as an effective facility of planning, control and employees' motivation. The diploma coursework has an analytical and applicational nature. The diploma coursework is based upon the teoretical knowledge pertaining to this problem sphere, specificaly the fiscal system, planning, control and employees' motivation. The theoretical part has four subchapters. It deals in depth with the budget, planning in company, mechanism of control and motivation process. The second part of the diploma coursework analyses the present state of this problem sphere. It examines the fiscal system in a concrete company. In this part it compares theoretical knowledge with the knowledge gathered from the examination. This part has two subchapters. The third chapter is aimed at the application of knowledge, the appropriate suggestions and measures to the future gathered from the analysis of the company fiscal system, deficiencies and risk of the fiscal system.

Anotácia v slovenskom jazyku Bc. Radomír Brieda, Rozpočtový systém ako efektívny nástroj plánovania, kontroly a motivácie zamestnancov. [diplomová práca], Bankovní institut vysoká škola Praha, zahraničná vysoká škola Banská Bystrica. Katedra ekonómie a financií, Vedúci práce Doc. Ing. Hussam Musa, PhD., rok obhajoby 2012, 76 str. Predložená diplomová práca je zameraná na skúmanie rozpočtového systému v podniku ako efektívny nástroj plánovania, kontroly a motivácie zamestnancov. Diplomová práca ma analyticko- aplikačný charakter. Východiskom pre diplomovú prácu sú teoretické poznatky týkajúce sa danej problematiky, konkrétne rozpočtového systému, plánovania, kontroly a motivácie zamestnancov. Teoretická časť má štyri subkapitoly. Venuje sa podrobne rozpočtu, plánovaniu v podniku, procesu kontroly a motivačnému procesu. V druhej časti diplomovej práce je analyzovaný súčasný stav riešenej problematiky. Skúma rozpočtový systém na konkrétnom podniku. V tejto časti sa venuje porovnávaniu poznatkov teoretickej časti a skutočnosti v časti praktickej. Táto časť má dve subkapitoly. Tretia kapitola je zameraná na aplikáciu poznatkov, vhodných návrhov a opatrení do budúcnosti získaných z analýzy rozpočtového systému podniku, nedostatky a riziká rozpočtového systému.
