Abstract:

Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je vypracování projektové dokumentace přístavby sportovní haly s integrovanými prvky zeleně. Projektová dokumentace je vypracována v návaznosti na architektonickou studii, ve které je řešeno umístění, rozbor okolí a typologie stavby. Dále jsou řešeny základní rozměry navrhované budovy, použité materiály a nosné konstrukce. Nedílnou součástí diplomové práce je textová část, ve které je v teoretické části popsána problematika návrhu veřejných budov, vegetačních střech a fasád. V aplikační části je popsán samotný návrh budovy s popisem návrhu stavby a jejím umístěním, konstrukcemi a daným typem ozelenění. Dále jsou popsány navržené skladby jejich vyhodnocení a posouzení tepelně – technických charakteristik navržených konstrukcí i budovy jako celku. Výsledkem diplomové práce je optimalizovaný návrh stavby, který by mohl být použit jako podklad pro jednotlivé projektanty, kteří by se na realizaci tohoto návrhu podíleli. Hotový návrh by mohl zlepšit podmínky pro výuku tělesné výchovy a vytvořit tak kladný vztah dětí ke sportu. Přístavba by vylepšila komfort užívání stavby, zajistila kompletní bezbariérovost a poukázala na moderní přístup k navrhování staveb s ohledem na udržitelný rozvoj.

Abstract:

The main goal of this diploma thesis is theelaboration of a project documentation oftheextension of a sports hall with integrated green elements. The project documentation follows on from anarchitectural study, that deals with the location, the analysis of the surroundings and the typology of the building. It also deals with the basic dimensions of the designed building, the materials used, and the supporting structures. An integral part of the diploma thesis is the text part and in the theoretical part of it, problems of designing public buildings, green roofs and facades are described. The application part describes the building design with a description of the design of the building and its location, constructions and the given type of greening. Further it describes the designed compositions and their evaluation and the assessment of the thermo-technical properties of the designed constructions, as well as of the building as a whole. The result of this diploma thesis is an optimized design of a building, which could be used as a base for individual designers, who would participate in the implementation of this project. The finished design could improve the conditions for physical education teaching and that could create a positive attitude of children towards sport. The extension of the sports hall would improve the comfort of the use of the building, it wouldensure complete accessibility, and point to a modern approach of designing buildings in view ofa sustainable development.
