Family photography as a place of memory

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá rodinnou fotografií jako místem paměti. Text v této práci je rozdělen do dvou částí. První část práce je teoretická. Zde jsou vysvětlené pojmy rodina, paměť, místa paměti a fotografie a další, které se k této práci vztahují. Druhá část je praktická, která se skládá z metodologie, stručného výpisu rozhovorů a vyhodnocení těchto získaných dat. Metodologie popisuje průběh kvalitativního výzkumu. Dále je praktická část zaměřená na získaná a vyhodnocená data, která byla zjištěna mezi osmi respondenty. Autorka chce v této části bakalářské práce potvrdit nebo vyvrátit, zda a do jaké míry je stále rodinná fotografie místem paměti či nikoliv.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is dealing with family photo as place of memory. Text is divided into two parts. The first part is theoretical. There are explained main notions, which are related with topics as family, memory, places of memory, photography and others. The part two is practical. It consist methodology, basic extract of interviews with informants and interpretation of these interviews. Thereinafter is practical section. It is specialized in acquired information, which are collected from eight interviewers, and their evaluation. Author of this bachelor thesis want to approve or disprove, whether and what to extent family photography is place of memory.
