Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o problematice analýzy normativu týkající se procesu navíjení statorů ve vybrané společnosti. Tato práce vznikla v návaznosti na potřeby vybrané společnosti odpovědět na níže zmíněné otázky a zjistit aktuální stav procesu. Teoretická část se věnuje okruhům týkajících se vypracované analýzy a je rozdělena do čtyřech kapitol. První kapitola se věnuje příslušnému výrobnímu procesu. V další kapitole je popsáno normování spotřeby času. Můžete zde vidět například rozdělení složek času, které je v oblasti normativů velmi důležité. Kapitola číslo tři se věnuje použitým metodám a poslední kapitola teoretické části pojednává o zlepšování výrobních procesů. Praktická část začíná představením společnosti a popisem konkrétního procesu. Sedmá kapitola je věnována samotné analýze. Vypracovaná analýza pak bude sloužit jako podklad pro tvorbu normativu, který nyní není používán a jeho zavedení je plánovaným projektem do budoucna. Je tedy nutné zjistit aktuální stav tohoto procesu. Předposlední kapitola se nazývá návrh možností uplatnění této analýzy, kde je přesněji popsáno, čím tato bakalářská práce může být přínosná pro vybraný výrobní proces. Poslední kapitola je věnována přínosům této analýzy pro podnik. Jak jsem již zmínil normativ není používán, tudíž časy jednotlivých operací budou získány z technologických postupů. Cílem práce je tedy, jak již bylo naznačeno, zjištěný aktuálního stavu předvýrobních operací tohoto procesu a vytvořit tak podklad pro tvorbu normativu v budoucnu. Dílčími cíli této práce jsou vyvrácení přímé závislosti osové výšku a počtu drážek na pracnosti a nákladech a návrh co nejlepších možností uplatnění analýzy.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis deals with the analysis of standards concerning the process of winding stators in a selected company. This work was created in connection with the needs of the selected company to answer the questions mentioned below and find out the current state of the process. The theoretical part deals with the areas related to the analysis and is divided into four chapters. The first chapter is about production processes. The next chapter describes the standardization of time consumption. Here you can see, for example, the distribution of time components, which is very important in the field of norms. Chapter number three deals with the methods which will be used and the last chapter of the theoretical part deals with the improvement of production processes. The practical part begins with an introduction to the company and a description of the analyzed process. The seventh chapter is devoted to the analysis itself. The developed analysis will then serve as a basis for the creation of standards, which is not currently used and its implementation is a planned project in the future. It is therefore necessary to find out the current status of this process. The penultimate chapter is called a proposal for the application of this analysis, where it is described more precisely, how this bachelor's thesis can be beneficial for the selected production process. Last chapter is about benefits of this analysis fot the company. As I have already mentioned the norm is not used, therefore the times of individual operations will be obtained from technological procedures. The aim of the work is, as already indicated, to determine the current state of pre-production operations of this process and to create a basis for the creation of standards in the future. The partial goals of this work are to refute the direct dependence of the axial height and the number of grooves on labor and costs and to design the best possible application of the analysis.
