Direct torque control for permanent magnet synchronous motor - simulation study

Abstract:

Předkládaná diplomová práce je zaměřena na vývoj algoritmu přímého řízení momentu synchronního motoru s permanentními magnety (PMSM). V první části práce je proveden teoretický popis vybraného algoritmu přímého řízení momentu PMSM. Dále je popsána tvorba simulačního modelu pohonu s napěťovým střídačem a PMSM využívající tento algoritmus řízení. Simulační model je vytvořen za určitých zjednodušujících předpokladů v jazyce C. Tento model slouží pro ověření správnosti funkce a analýzu vlastností navrženého pohonu. Následně je algoritmus včetně matematického modelu motor převeden do formátu pevné řádové čárky a připraven tak na implementaci do mikroprocesorového regulátoru. V závěru práce je model pohonu rozšířen o vstupní LC filtr a je stručně rozebrána problematika aktivní stabilizace napětí na kondenzátoru, navržená metoda je následně také simulačně ověřena.

Abstract:

This master thesis is focused on development of a permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) direct torque control algorithm. In the first part of the thesis, there is introduced the theoretical description of the selected algorithm. Further, there is described development of a simulation model of the drive with a voltage source inverter and the PMSM using that control algorithm. The simulation model is created under several simplifying assumptions in C programming language. The simulation model is used for verifying the proper function and analysis of designed drive properties. Consequently, the control algorithm is transformed in a fixed point format and prepared to be implemented in a microprocessor controller. In the last part of the work, the simulation model is extended of an input LC filter and problematic of active stabilization of the capacitor voltage is briefly described. The designed stabilization method is verified by simulations as well.
