Instagram marketing proposal for company XY

Abstract:

Práce se zaobírá tématem marketingu a Instagramu. Pozornost je zaměřena na tvorbu návrhu Instagram marketingu pro podnik umístěný na Vysoké škole hotelové v Praze 8. Primárním cílem bakalářské práce bylo navrhnout uživatelský profil pro kavárnu RevPAR, aby zaujal co největší počet uživatelů. Zároveň by měl návrh pomoci ke zvýšení oblíbenosti a návštěvnosti kavárny. Návrh by měl přimět k tomu, aby zákazníci začali vnímat kavárnu jako běžný a samostatný podnik. Koncept Instagram marketingu pro vybraný podniky vznikl na základě kvantitativního výzkumu, inspirace a komparace zvolených třech profilů pražských kaváren a hlasování dvaceti návštěvníků kavárny. V teoretické části se čtenář seznámí s pojmem marketing, a to jak s internetovým, tak i s online marketingem. Větší část teorie se zabývá Instagramem. Práce vysvětluje pojmy, definice a možnosti Instagramu. Jsou zde vypsaná i různá doporučení, jak udělat profil a příspěvky atraktivnějšími. V praktické části se rozebírají jednotlivé použité metody a jejich výsledky. Sestavuje se zde prvotní návrh. Kapitoly rozebírají Instagram po částech. Části jsou zde podrobně popsány a je zde vysvětleno, proč se zvolila do návrhu vybraná varianta. Praktická část se zabývá založením účtu, biem, příspěvky, instastories a mnohým dalším. Ze získaných dat je utvořena návrhová část. Zaměřuje se na cíle práce a zár oveň shrnuje všechny doporučení, aby se návrh Instagramu mohl uskutečnit Tvorba návrhu se uskutečnila. Ostatní cíle se mohou změřit po přibližném roce fungování Instagramu. Měřit se dá pomocí statistik dostupných na Instagramu. Návštěvnost kavárny se dá měřit pomocí sledování obsloužených zákazníků přímo v kavárně.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the topic of marketing and Instagram. The focus is on creating an Instagram marketing proposal for a company located at The Institute of Hospitality Management in Prague 8. The primary aim of this bachelor thesis was to design a user profile for the RevPAR cafe in order to attract as many users as possible. At the same time, the proposal should help to increase the popularity and attendance of the café. The proposal should encourage customers to perceive the cafe as a regular and stand-alone business. The core concepts for this Instagram marketing proposal were based on several key areas, including, but not limited to, Quantitative market research, the comparison of three competitors, and on the polling data of twenty visitors. In the theoretical portion of the thesis, the reader shall become acquainted with the concept of marketing and online marketing and its applications within the Instagram platform. The thesis explains the concepts, definitions, and possibilities of Instagram. There are also various recommendations which are intended to help users make profiles and posts more attractive. The practical portion explains the methods and their results. Individual chapters are devoted to individual parts of Instagram. The parts are described in detail and expounded why the selected option was chosen. The practical part deals with creating an account, bio, posts, Insta-stories, and many other items within the Instagram platform. The Design section of the thesis includes suggestions of the author based on the gathered data. This Section also summarizes all of the recommendations and the tips. Within the Design section, the proposal was finalized and prepared for implementation. The targets were also set and can be measured after approximately one year. The primary areas to monitor are the statistics recorded within the Instagram application itself and the change in the visitation numbers which will be recorded within the cafe.
