The process of budgeting and accounting in the operating management of the Czech national bank

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá procesem rozpočtu a účetnictví v České národní bance a řešením problému se zajišťováním potřebných vazeb mezi rozpočtovými položkami a nákladovými účty tak, aby byly získány požadované informace nutné pro sestavování provozního hospodaření ČNB. Obsahuje sestavování, schvalování a rozpis rozpočtu na organizační jednotky ČNB, odpovědnost za hospodaření, ale i strukturu vedení účtů, členění rozpočtových položek, také popis propojení na organizační strukturu banky a informační technologie. Nedílnou součástí je controlling nákladů, výnosů, investičních výdajů a odstraňování případných chyb.

Abstract:

This thesis discusses the process of the budgeting and accounting in the Czech National Bank. It also describes the problem of setting links between budgetary items and costs accounts, comparison of which provides fundamental information for the operational performance report of the Czech national bank. The thesis includes the information about getting together, approving and specification of budget to organizational structure of the CNB, responsibility for economy, but also the structure of accounts and the structure of budgetary items used in CNB as well as their connection to organizational structure and information technology systems. Another part is dedicated to controlling of costs, revenues, investment expenses, and correction of any encountered mistakes.
