Výživa kvasinek během kvašení vína je téma, kterým se zabývá tato bakalářská práce. Teoretická část je zaměřena na popsání základních druhů kvasinek, fázemi a druhy alkoholového kvašení. Nutrition of yeast during fermentation of wine is the topic of this bachelor thesis. The theoretical part is focused on the description of basic yeast species, phases and types of alcoholic fermentation. In particular, it focuses on factors affecting yeast fermentation and nutrition.
