Předmětem diplomové práce s názvem „Strategie rozvoje firmy“ je tvorba strategie rozvoje konkrétního podniku. Východiskem práce je strategická analýza vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí, pomocí níž jsou zachyceny a popsány nejdůležitější vlivy působící na daný podnik. The subject of the Graduation theses "Strategy of a firm development" is creation developing strategy of factual enterprise. Starting point is the strategy analysis of external and internal environment, which shown and described the most important impacts take effect on a given enterprise.
