Abstract:
Cílem této diplomové práce je analýza současného stavu společnosti Lear Corporation, závod Ostrov u Stříbra v oblasti produktového a procesního auditu. Zhodnotit stav a navrhnout vhodná nápravná opatření a doporučení pro harmonizaci požadavků technické specifikace ISO/TS 16949.
Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is the analysis the current situation of the company Lear Corporation, plant Ostrov u Stříbra in product and proces audit. Evaluate the situation and propose corrective actions and recommendations for harmonization of requirements of ISO/TS 16949.
