Female crime

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou kriminality žen, historií kriminality, výkonu trestu, kriminologické teorie a věznicemi v České republice. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou rozepsané základní pojmy související s kriminalitou obecně, srovnání mezi mužskou a ženskou kriminalitou, statistiky, ženské věznice a jejich diferenciace a známé vražedkyně. Praktická část se zaměřuje na odsouzené ženy v českých věznicích, jsou jim kladeny otázky na jejich rodinné pozadí, v jakém prostředí vyrůstaly, jaká byla jejich cesta a prostředí, které je vedlo do věznice.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of women crime, history of crime, punishment, criminological theory and prisons in the Czech Republic. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. Theoretical part deals with description of basic terms related to crime in general, comparison between male and female crime, statistics, women's prisons and their differentiation and known murderers. The practical part focuses on convicted women in Czech prisons, they are asked questions about their family background, in what environment they grew up, what was their way and the environment that led them to the prison.
