Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou pracovní zátěže a pracovní spokojenosti ve strojírenství a automobilovém průmyslu. Analyzuje faktory stresu, jeho příčiny a dopady na jednotlivce v pracovním prostředí. Cílem práce je analyzovat vliv pracovní zátěže na pracovní spokojenost zaměstnanců v těchto dvou odvětvích a identifikovat možné strategie pro zlepšení pracovního prostředí a podmínek práce. …more

Main focus of this bachelor thesis is an issue of workload and job satisfaction in the engineering and automotive industry. It analyses the factors of stress, its causes and its effects on individuals in the work environment.
