Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou rizik provozu ve vybrané restauraci rychlého občerstvení, kterou je zlínská pobočka McDonald's. This bachelor thesis deals with risk analysis of operation at the selected fast food restaurant, which is the McDonald's Zlín branch.
