Family House with the Place of Business

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá efektivním nakládáním s dešťovými vodami u rodinného domu s prodejnou sportovních potřeb. V teoreticko-metodologické části jsou popsána všeobecná řešení využití, a to buď vsakováním, akumulací nebo retencí. V této části práce je také vysvětleno, proč je vůbec využívání dešťové vody výhodné. V aplikační části je řešen konkrétní, technicky proveditelný a finančně výhodný návrh řešení na vypracované projektové dokumentaci, která je součástí této práce. Při správně navrženém řešení je možné nahradit až 50 % pitné vody. Pro rodinný dům s prodejnou, který je předmětem této práce, je pro efektivní nakládání s dešťovou vodou navržena retenční betonová jímka s využitím vody pro závlahu zahrady s průměrnou úsporou 98,96 m3 pitné vody za rok a automatický rozstřik přebytečné vody po pozemku.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with an effective use of rainwater for a family house with a sporting goods store. General solutions of usage of rainwater, such as infiltration, accumulation or retention, are described in the theoretical-methodological part. An explanation, why it is even beneficial to use rainwater, can be also found in this part of the thesis. The application part contains a concrete, technically feasible and financially advantageous design of solution for elaborated project documentation, which is part of this work. Up to 50 % of drinking water can be replaced with a well-designed solution. For the family house with the sporting goods store, which is the subject of this work, a retention concrete reservoir is used for efficient rainwater management with the use of water for irrigation of the garden with an average saving of 98.96 m3 of drinking water per year and automatic sprinkling of excess water over the land is proposed.
