Tato práce zpracovává problematiku Nařízení Evropského parlamentu a Rady (ES) č. 861/2007 ze dne 11. července 2007, kterým se zavádí evropské řízení o drobných nárocích. Text práce je rozdělen do pěti tematických částí. V úvodu je popsán historický a politický kontext přijetí Nařízení o drobných nárocích a jeho cíle. This thesis develops the issue of Regulation (EC) No. 861/2007 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 July 2007 establishing an European Small Claims Procedure. The thesis is divided into five main chapters. In the beginning it describes historical and political context of the acceptance of the regulation and its aims.
