V této bakalářské práci se věnuji cyklin-dependentním kinázám a jejich významu v patogenezi mnohočetného myelomu. Cyklin-dependentní kinázy jsou nepostradatelné pro řízení buněčného cyklu, některé z nich jsou však nezbytné i při regulaci transkripce. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis is focused on cyclin-dependent kinases and their importance in pathogenesis of multiple myeloma. Cyclin-dependent kinases represent vital part of a cell cycle control mechanism. Some of them are also essential for control of transcription as for example cyclin-dependent kinase 9 which is the main subject of this thesis.
