Tato diplomová práce se zabývá přechodem nebezpečí náhodné zkázy a zničení zboží v rámci mezinárodního obchodování. Hlavním cílem je zodpovězení hypotézy, zabývající se úpravou přechodu nebezpečí ve dvou hlavních pramenech úpravy, jimiž jsou doložky Incoterms a Úmluva OSN o mezinárodní koupi zboží neboli Vídeňská úmluva, a jejich vzájemném vztahu při úpravě tohoto institutu. This thesis is focused on passing of risk of accidental loss and destruction of goods during international sale.
