Abstract:

Tématem diplomové práce je "Aplikace standardů kvality v transformovaném zařízení pobytové sociální služby". Cílem je zmapování přístupu k vybraným standardům kvality sociálních služeb pracovníky přímé péče chráněného bydlení, které nově vzniklo po transformaci velkokapacitního ústavního zařízení, poskytující sociální služby osobám se zdravotním znevýhodněním. Klienti doposud užívali sociálních služeb typických pro velkokapacitní ústavní péči a spolu s pracovníky prošli náročným procesem transformace pobytové sociální služby. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do dvou celků: teoretická a empirická část. První kapitola teoretické části je zaměřena na vývoj sociálních služeb, legislativu zákona o sociálních službách, transformační proces a na pracovníky zařízení sociálních služeb. Druhá kapitola mapuje standardy kvality v sociálních službách a jejich legislativní ukotvení v zákoně. Třetí kapitola popisuje stěžejní aktéry diplomové práce, těmi jsou pracovníci přímé péče (pracovníci v sociálních službách) v chráněném bydlení a jejich význam při poskytování péče a podpory lidem se zdravotním znevýhodněním. V empirické části se zabývám popisem konkrétního chráněného bydlení, které vzniklo na základě transformace ústavního zařízení a na pracovníky, u kterých zjišťuji, prostřednictvím kvalitativního výzkumu, jak vnímají a realizují v praxi vybrané standardy kvality v sociálních službách.

Abstract:

The topic of the diploma thesis is "The Application of Quality Standards in A Transformed Social Services Facility". The goal is to map out the approach to selected quality standards of social services of direct care staff in the sphere of protected housing which newly came into being after the transformation of a large-capacity institutional facility providing social services for disabled people. Up to the present, the clients have been using social services which are typical of large-capacity institutional care, and together with the staff they have gone through the demanding process of social services transformation. The diploma thesis is divided into two parts: theoretical and empirical. The first chapter of the theoretical part is focused on the social services development, the legislation of the social services act, the transformation process and the social services facility staff. The second chapter maps out the quality standards in social services and their legislative support in the act. The third chapter describes the cardinal subject of the diploma thesis, which is direct care staff (social services staff) in the protected housing facilities and their importance in providing care and support to disabled people. In the empirical part I deal with the describtion of a particular protected housing facility which was established on the basis of the instituational facility transformation, and the workers with whom I inquire - by means of a qualitative research - how they perceive and put into practice the selected quality standards in social services.
