Predmetom diplomovej práce „ISO 9001: Příležitost nebo hrozba“ je posúdenie užitočnosti ISO noriem vo vybranej spoločnosti. V teoretickej časti sú predstavené základné koncepty manažmentu kvality s ohľadom na skúmanú normu.
