Cílem bakalářské práce bylo otestovat a vyselektovat nejvhodnější metody vyhodnocování změn fenotypu experimentálních rostlin vojtěšky (Medicago sativa L.) na orgánové, pletivové a buněčné úrovni. Objektem experimentů byly transgenní linie stabilně transformovány s konstruktem SIMKK-RNAi k potlačení exprese SIMKK a kontrolní linie kultivaru Regen-SY, které byly pěstovány in vivo v půdě ve stejných …more
Abstract:
The main goal of this bachelor's thesis was to test and to select the most suitable methods for evaluation of some alterations of the phenotype of the experimental plants of alfalfa (Medicago sativa L.) on organ, tissue and cellular levels.
